This website has the specific purpose of collecting and storing data about students that relates to the development of career plans and the construction of resumes and job applications.
Information that is gathered from users.
All information entered by students is viewable by that student and the Careers/MIPS team of each school. This information is held securely and is treated with the strictest confidence. Individual student information will not be disclosed to any third-party.
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type and time of visit. General statistics of this nature may be collated for research purposes.
Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
The student's email and a username will be stored on the server.
How the Information is used
The information is used to enhance the Career’s Counseling/MIPS offered to students. This information will not be used for any other purpose.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
E-mail may be sent to inform you of login details and/or careers information. Contact your Careers team if you do not wish to receive these emails.
